You may not know it, but most hotels take a mark on your credit card during your stay, this ensures that in case of breakages or damages, they will be covered by the deposit. In all transparency, we will ask you to validate a pre-authorisation on your card for the same reasons during your stay, this amount will not be charged. The deposit is €300 for the Noctambulle Cathedrale and €500 for the Noctambulle Forum, whatever the number of nights. Rest assured, we will not use the deposit for a broken glass or stained towel :)

Key collection/check-in is by appointment only and we will be there to welcome you. This allows us to better organise your stay and make sure everything is ready when you arrive. We also take advantage of the key collection to present the apartment and its equipment but also to share with you our good addresses in Reims or answer your questions directly.
